1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for items purchased directly from ROOMROOT’s official website or authorized sales channels.
- To be eligible, returned items must:
- Be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Be in the original packaging, with all manuals, labels, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required to process your refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds are not available for:
- Opened or used bathroom and kitchen storage items.
- Clearance, promotional, or discounted items (unless defective).
- Customized or special-order products.
- Gift cards, vouchers, or digital items.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Kindly provide supporting photos/videos of the issue.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
4. Refund Process
- Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a refund request.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- For items valued above RM200, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
