Currently, we ship within Malaysia only. We are working on expanding our shipping network and will update customers when international delivery becomes available.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Simply contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is in stock. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund instead.

Please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize replacements or refunds for defective or wrongly delivered items.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Unfortunately, used or damaged items (not due to our error) are not eligible for return. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
