1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak).
- For international orders, kindly contact us directly at roomroot.sb@outlook.com before placing your order to confirm availability and costs.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified of any delays.
3. Shipping Duration
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days.
- Sabah & Sarawak: 5–8 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees
- Flat Rate (Peninsular Malaysia): RM10 per order.
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM18–25 depending on package weight and courier rates.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above RM300 (Peninsular Malaysia only).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Customers can track their orders directly through the courier’s official website or customer service hotline.
6. Packaging & Handling
- All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Fragile items may include additional protective packaging (bubble wrap, cushioning, or reinforced boxes).
- In the event of damaged packaging upon delivery, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately.
7. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address details, absence of recipient, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us.
- Re-delivery charges will apply and must be borne by the customer.
8. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
- If your order includes pre-order items, shipping will only take place once all items are available.
- Customers may request split delivery (extra shipping fees may apply).
9. International Shipping (upon request)
- International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Costs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
